Hola. ¿Cómo estás? Voy gran! Estoy sentado aquí beber una margarita en la piscina. Alright, so I’m not the best at Spanish and what I hope I just said was that I’m great and I’m just sitting here drinking a margarita by the pool. D and I are in Cabo San Lucas for a little R & R before the craziness of harvest begins later this month and all throughout October and early November.
As I mentioned in an earlier post {you can read that here}, I have been participating in a project called Blog Angel put on by Rosie at Crafbotic. The idea behind it is that you are paired up with another blogger and for one month, you {anonymously} support them in any way you possibly can. Whether it be comment on their post regularly, tweet about them, or secretly help them out in some way, you are showing them lots of love for one whole month. Well, today we get to reveal who our new blogger friends is! I’d like for you to meet Brighton who blogs at Simple Brighton.
First and foremost, I’ve said this before but one of my favorite things about blogging are the people you meet along the way and the connections you make with them. You can find so many like-minded people out there and also find those blog where you learn something new every time you open up to their page. Taking part in Blog Angel’s has giving us the opportunity to meet one more person that possibly you would never have met to begin with.
Over the past month I did my best, for the time I had {it’s been a busy month}, and tried to support Brighton through regular commenting on her blog and giving her lots of social media support. I will admit, it was, at times, difficult to give her tons of support and I started to feel a little guilty about that. Then I realized that this is about doing the best you can and not being the best. Any support is better then none, right?
Simple Brighton is a newer blogger, she only started writing in May, so it was easy to go back and browse all of her post. I laughed out loud when I read the post TV Soundtrack to My Childhood because I watched every single one of those shows as well {actually re-watching some of them now on Netflix!}. It was nostalgic to say the least.
You can find Simple Brighton here:
Stop by and say hi!
